Michael learned the pastry trade in Münster, obtained his championship title in Berlin in 2013 and then gained experience as a pastry chef throughout Europe. His last stop took him to Hotel Sacher in Vienna — the place where he met Sarah. Our sweetest creation yet was born in June 2025 – our daughter Greta. From now on, it’s not only about baking with love,
but also about carrying, changing diapers, and playing. We'll make you feel good together at La Sonett.
